“Les Ducs” (“The Dukes” in French) is Pacquelin’s witty, polished take on the French dining experience for the contemporary diner in Singapore. Calling it “French fun dining”, he reimagines hearty brasserie signatures with a playful approach that is anchored by a sense of place. The result is French comfort food with Asian inflections — unmistakable traditional Gallic cooking with a soupçon of favourite local flavours.

Madame Claude takes its name from the iconic madam to France’s richest and most famous men in the 1960s — and is also a knowing nod to Ann Siang Hill’s hedonistic past.

A beautiful glamorous playground for cocktail & wine lovers. Offering access to an alluring haven where the art of connection reigns supreme against a backdrop of vibey music, burlesque and feasting.
